Health Services Customer Services Coordinator
The Customer Services Coordinator is responsible for sales and marketing in Health and Safety within the Berks County community. Candidate is responsible for data entry and processing, scheduling of classes/students, maintaining certification as an instructor, handling of inquiries, participating in community events and fostering relationships for the purpose of revenue generation, and the day to day operations necessary for ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service to our Health and Safety customers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience, and at least two years of experience required. Experience with accounts receivable and/or QuickBooks required. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work well as a team member. Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Competent using Word and Excel.

Health Services Fulfillment Coordinator
The Fulfillment Coordinator provides assistance for the operations of the Health and Safety Department programs, scheduling instructors, coordinating classes, and preparing materials for classes, data entry and processing, developing newsletter content, maintaining certification as an instructor, and evaluating and ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of service to our Health and Safety customers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience, and at least two years of experience required. Experience with accounts receivable and/or QuickBooks preferred. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work well as a team member. Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Competent using Word and Excel.

Paid Instructor (part-time)
The chapter is looking for a part time instructor to teach weekday, evening and/or Saturday courses in First Aid/CPR/AED for the Lay Responder and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Applicant requirements:

Current Lay Responder First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor authorization
Current CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer authorization

AND
Demonstrated ability, knowledge and competency to teach each of the course components (adult CPR, child CPR, infant CPR, adult AED, child AED and first aid).
